Shipping Policies:
Our products can ship from various points including Crossville, TN; Jackson, MS; Brooklyn, IA; Scotia, NY or other locations as most suitable to providing service and respecting costs. We ship to the 48 continental US states and the Canaidian provinces. Outside these areas or if faster shipping options are needed. these shipping options will incur additional charges.
Your site checkout will include charges for shipping "Best Way" This will be ground shipping by UPS, Fedex or ltl truck.
Our standard shipping rates are included at checkout: You will be advised when products ship and be provided tracking information as available.
When your product is shipped and we have the exact shipping charges you may request an adjustment to your account, if your freight charges are not within 10% of what you paid. Credit balances can be taken/used in a variety of ways including a value card. You can also contact us with what you wish to order and have a custom shipping quote generated for you, typically within 24 hours.
Returns. Any product that is shipped incorrectly or incomplete will be corrected at our cost.
NOTHING IS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA #. Items arriving at our docks without our purchase order # or our RMA # will NOT BE ACCEPTED
